📍 Location: Central London🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm💰 Salary: £45,000 (overtime is available)📅 Start Date: September
We’re recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a high-end events operation within a prestigious private dining setting. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with banqueting or events catering experience, looking to work in a structured, professional kitchen with a strong team and exciting daily variety.🔧 Role Overview:
Prepare and deliver food for events ranging from small to large-scale parties. Serving Canapés, Bowl food, and Plated dinners.
Working with a close-knit team
Managing Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs within the kitchen.
Preparing for upcoming events
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Chef with minimum 2 years as a Sous Chef
Experience within Events or Banqueting
An organized, and efficient worker with a proactive mindset
Strong communicator and team player
