Sous chef required in Cornwall in the Bude area, this is a fresh food hotel that serves a range of local produce. This is a live in sous chef role, £37-39k, fresh food, great location, parking onsite.
The role
as a sous chef you will support the head chef with the running of the kitchen. You will manage the kitchen with the head chef, ensure the kitchen run smooth and run a section in the kitchen. This sous chef role will cover all the standard sous chef duties,
