Sous Chef 
A leading hospitality group is preparing to launch a high-end dining concept in Manchester, offering a refined Japanese-inspired menu featuring artfully prepared dishes with precision-grilled dishes, and contemporary Asian flavours. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join the opening kitchen team.

 The Role
 As Sous Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen during your shift, including:
  
Overseeing preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain exceptional standards 
Managing hygiene, compliance, and cost control 
Supporting the Head Chef in delivering a consistently memorable guest experience 
Coaching and developing junior team members, fostering a positive, professional kitchen culture  You will play a critical role in bringing a new dining concept to life, ensuring every dish reflects precision, quality, and care.

Performs calmly and precisely in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen 
Maintains exceptional standards of presentation, flavour, and hygiene 
Leads by example and works collaboratively

Has a genuine desire to learn, grow, and refine your culinary craft  Previous experience in a quality-driven kitchen is essential, along with strong knife skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English for communication and compliance.
