Sous Chef – Pizza Restaurant & Bar
Towcester, Northamptonshire
Salary: £35,000 per annum (£673 per week approx.)
Join an exciting new culinary venture at our premier karting track! We’re launching an in-house Pizza Restaurant & Bar serving locals and visitors alike, offering fresh, locally sourced ingredients in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily cooking and service, maintaining recipe standards.
* Manage HACCP paperwork and assist with staff scheduling.
* Support menu innovation alongside the Head Chef.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and allergen standards.
