You will be working with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced food – not to many components but executed and presented really well.
The ideal background will be a strong Junior Sous or CDP who has worked in busy fresh food gastro pubs or restaurants. The Head Chef looks after his team buy offering nicer shifts.
Sous Chef Snapshot:
Salary – package upto £35k
Some day shifts included
45 hours per week – no more
Fully staffed team

Finish no later than 10pm when on a late shift
