Run the kitchen smoothly alongside the Head Chef

Deliver food fast, fresh, and full of flavour 
Take ownership of stock, systems, and safety

Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous experience in a busy kitchen 
Passion for bold, high-quality food and fast service 
Calm, confident, and decisive under pressure 
Strong leadership and communication skills 
Solid grasp of kitchen systems, safety, and structure
