Job Description
SPA THERAPIST (Accommodation Available)

Join a luxury, employee-owned resort on the Isle of Arran, Scotland’s first island destination spa. With award-winning facilities and a partnership with premium skincare brand Ishga, this is a fantastic opportunity to deliver five-star treatments in a stunning setting. As a Spa Therapist, you'll provide exceptional guest experiences while developing your skills through certified training and ongoing career development.
Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
*
Perform a full range of treatments: massages, facials, waxing, and nails.
*
Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training.
*
Upsell treatments and products to enhance guest satisfaction.
*
Support the Senior Therapist and Spa Manager as needed.
*
Work 5 days from 7 (42.5 hours per week), including weekends.
Requirements:
*
HND, NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
*
Skilled in massages, facials, waxing, and nails.
*
Experience in gel nails or intimate waxing (both ideal).
*
Spa experience preferred.
*
Experience with Ishga products is desirable (training provided).
*
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
*
Keen to learn and grow professionally.
