Do you have a passion for languages and inspiring students to communicate in a globalised world? Veritas Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Spanish Teacher to join a vibrant school in Batley, specialising in teaching Spanish and possibly other modern languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Spanish lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, potentially including KS5.
Teach a dynamic curriculum, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills in your specialist language(s).
Foster a love for languages and intercultural understanding in your students.
Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Spanish exams, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Stay up to date with modern teaching methods and language learning technology.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge in one or more Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish, or other languages), with experience teaching at the secondary level.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for language education and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
