We're working with several welcoming and well-supported secondary schools in Northampton who are seeking a talented Spanish Teacher to join their teams from October 2025. Whether you're looking for a permanent position or a long-term opportunity, we can match you with a full-time role that suits your goals.
Your Role Will Include:
Teaching Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4 (some schools may offer KS5 for suitable candidates)
Creating engaging and inclusive lessons that develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills
Inspiring curiosity about Spanish-speaking cultures through rich and relevant content
Supporting all learners with well-planned differentiation and responsive teaching
Collaborating with the MFL department on curriculum planning and cultural initiatives
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds QTS/QTLS or an equivalent teaching qualification in Modern Foreign Languages
Has strong subject knowledge and a commitment to excellent MFL teaching
Builds positive relationships and maintains high expectations in the classroom
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Is either an experienced teacher or an ECT eager to develop their practice
