Job Opportunity: SEN (Autism) Teacher – North Kensington, London (W10) Location: North Kensington, London Start Date: September 2025 Salary: £160 – £280 per day (depending on experience) Contract Type: Permanent, full time, part time Agency: Teaching Personnel Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher with a strong background in supporting pupils with Autism? About the Role: Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Develop and adapt learning materials to meet individual needs and EHCPs Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team including SENCOs, therapists, and support staff Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Use behaviour management strategies that support pupil wellbeing and learning The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Proven experience working with students with Autism (ASC), ideally in a specialist or SEN setting Deep understanding of Autism and related strategies such as TEACCH, PECS, or Makaton Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills Empathetic, resilient, and passionate about making a difference School Highlights: Rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted Specialist SEN provision with excellent staff-to-pupil ratio Supportive leadership and CPD opportunities Easily accessible by public transport (Zone 2 – Kensington and Chelsea) Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
