The ideal SEND Teacher will: * Hold QTS or QTLS with experience (or a strong interest) in SEND. * Demonstrate strong understanding of a range of SEND including ASC, MLD, SEMH, SLD or PMLD. * Be flexible, resilient, and committed to inclusive education. * Have excellent communication and behaviour management skills. * Be confident adapting teaching approaches to support diverse learning needs. * Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent). * SEND experience or genuine interest in working in special education. * An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or be willing to apply for one. * Relevant references to support your application. * Willingness to attend a face-to-face registration and complete all compliance checks. Why Rotherwood Education: * Dedicated consultants with in-depth knowledge of local schools. * Competitive rates of pay. * A friendly and supportive service throughout your placement.
