The Role:
As our new Special Educational Needs Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver tailored learning programmes for pupils with a range of SEND.
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
Monitor and assess individual progress, adapting strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Foster positive relationships with parents and carers.
Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with special educational needs (either in mainstream or specialist settings).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to inclusive education. We Offer:
