Hourly Rate: £13.68 - £14.90

About the Role:
In this key role, you will work closely with the SENCo and classroom teachers to support pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they have every opportunity to thrive in a nurturing and engaging learning environment. You will also play a vital role in leading and mentoring other support staff and contributing to the wider development of the school's inclusive practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted interventions and in-class support for pupils with a range of SEN
Assist in planning and adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to review meetings and EHCPs
Support the emotional wellbeing and personal development of pupils
Collaborate with external professionals and families as needed
Model best practices and support other TAs in their roles What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary school setting
A relevant Level 3 qualification or higher
Strong communication and teamwork skills
