An inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated and highly reliable SEND Teaching Assistant to join their provision for pupils with additional needs. This full-time position is available from September 2025 and will run until the end of the academic year in July 2026.
The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative team supporting children with diverse learning profiles, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). The school takes pride in its nurturing ethos and strong support structures, both for staff and pupils.
This role involves working across the primary age range, delivering targeted support through both one-to-one and small group sessions. While prior experience in a SEND setting is beneficial, the school welcomes applications from individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest in inclusive education and a readiness to learn.

Full-time, term-time only (Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.45pm)

Located within a specialist SEND provision in a mainstream setting
Supporting pupils with Autism, ADD, and related needs

Brings either experience or a strong interest in SEND support
Is confident working with children individually and in small groups
Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
Brings enthusiasm, patience, and a proactive mindset to the classroom
