Support Staff Needed - Specialist Secondary Setting - Harrow
Full Academic Year Commitment - September Start
Are you experienced in working with young people who have additional learning needs? SANZA Teaching Agency is supporting a specialist secondary school in Harrow that is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join their team from September.
This well-resourced and modern school caters for students with a wide range of special educational needs, including autism, moderate to complex learning difficulties, and communication challenges. The school fosters a supportive, inclusive environment and is proud of its committed, professional staff team.
Key Details:
Full-time position (term time only)
Hours: 8:30am to 3:45pm
£95 per day, paid weekly
Working with older students in the school's 6th form team
Providing 1:1 and small group support for learners with a range of additional needs
Becoming part of a highly skilled, collaborative team
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs
A calm, patient and adaptable approach
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
A genuine interest in helping young people build independence and achieve their goals
