Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a heart for making a real difference? Our warm and welcoming Special Needs Primary School in Altrincham is seeking an inspirational Special Needs Teacher to join our supportive team.

The Role:

You'll be working in small class groups, supported by experienced teaching assistants and therapists in a collaborative environment that values every child's potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess personalised lessons to meet EHCP targets and individual learning needs
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic development
Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet evolving needs
Contribute to the wider school community and take part in CPD opportunities
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Has experience working with children with SEND (particularly in a primary or specialist setting)
Demonstrates a nurturing, patient, and positive approach
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Is passionate about making a lasting difference in children's lives
