Teaching Assistant (SEN School) - Manchester

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Manchester. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of complex needs in a nurturing and structured environment.
The Role
Provide classroom and 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs.
Assist the teacher with delivering engaging, accessible lessons.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using Team-Teach strategies (full training provided).
Support pupils with personal care and daily routines where required.
Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in SEN schools or care settings (essential).
Is patient, resilient and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
Can work effectively as part of a team, as well as use initiative.
Is reliable, flexible and committed to making a difference in young people's lives.
