SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a three-form entry primary school in Ealing, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Key Stage 2 pupil with autism. This full-time role begins in September 2025 and extends through the academic year, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.
About the Role:
As the 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide targeted support to a KS2 pupil with autism, helping them engage with the curriculum effectively
Assist in fostering communication skills, independence, and social interaction
Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists to implement tailored strategies
Play a key role in creating a nurturing and consistent learning environment
