Key Responsibilities:
Support and assist students with complex learning needs, including those in wheelchairs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal development.
Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored support.
Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages independence, communication, and social interaction.
Employ a variety of techniques, including manual handling and hoisting, to support students' mobility and accessibility needs (experience/training preferred but not essential).
