Main Duties:

Fostering pupils' confidence, independence, and academic progress

Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (in schools, care settings, or community roles)
Patient, resilient, and positive attitude when managing challenging situations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Valid DBS certificate on Update Service or willingness to complete enhanced DBS check
