SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a well-regarded specialist secondary SEND school in North West London, known for its inclusive ethos, nurturing culture and dedication to supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and a range of additional SEND profiles.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified teacher (QTS) - primary or secondary trained - who is passionate about empowering young people to achieve both academically and personally. Previous SEND school experience is not essential, as full training, mentoring and ongoing professional support will be provided.
The Role
Teach a creative, engaging and personalised curriculum to students aged 11-16 with ASC, SEMH and a variety of SEND needs
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that promote confidence, independence and measurable progress
Work closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists and SEND specialists
Create and maintain a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment where every pupil feels safe, valued and understood
