Special Needs Teacher – Primary – Special School in Coventry
Are you a compassionate Special Needs Teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference? This wonderful special school in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teacher to teach a small class of primary-aged pupils with Autism, MLD and complex needs. Supported by an experienced team of Teaching Assistants, you will be joining a warm, nurturing and collaborative school community that puts pupils' wellbeing and development at the centre of everything they do.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for a small class of primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs
Creating a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom environment
Working closely with Teaching Assistants to provide personalised support and interventions
Using creative approaches to develop communication, independence and social skills
Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records
