About the role:
A well-established special needs school in Buckinghamshire, with both primary and secondary sites, is looking for a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to work across two of its school locations. This is a contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent. The school provides a supportive environment, strong SEND provision, modern classroom resources, and convenient access to public transport and on-site parking. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, committed to inclusive practice, and confident working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities:
In this role you would be required to support primary school students' learning, social, emotional and physical development
Work closely under the guidance of the SENCO and class teacher
Manage behaviour whilst encouraging promoting positive learning methods
Requirements:
Experience working with children in a primary school setting
Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
