The Role – Special Needs Teacher
We are seeking an inspiring Special Needs Teacher who can:
* Plan and deliver creative, individualised lessons that support diverse learning needs
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents
* Support pupils’ EHCP targets and promote holistic development
* Create a positive, nurturing classroom culture that encourages independence and confidence
You Will Need – Special Needs Teacher
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
* Experience working with children with SEN in a mainstream or specialist setting
* Patience, resilience, and a deep understanding of inclusive practice
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
