Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with autism and complex needs?
We are seeking a Special Needs Teacher experienced in supporting students with autism and a range of additional disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, personalised learning to students with diverse needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individual education and care plans
Foster a safe, stimulating, and structured environment for learning and development
Use creativity and innovation to engage students and celebrate their progress
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience in working with students with autism and complex needs is essential
Minimum 6 months experience teaching within a special school is essential
Patient, resilient, and adaptable with excellent communication skills
Committed to inclusive education and positive behaviour support
