Job Description
Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for your next rewarding role? We are recruiting for dedicated teachers available full-time to work in special schools across Birmingham, with exciting long-term opportunities available.
The Role:
Full-time SEN Teacher roles in a range of Birmingham special schools
Long-term positions with potential for permanent opportunities
Teaching pupils with a variety of needs, including:
Complex needs
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN)Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience of teaching in SEN settings and a strong passion and adaptability to work with pupils with additional needs
Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual learning plans and EHCPs
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A commitment to supporting every child to achieve their full potential
