Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and accessible lessons.
Provide targeted one-to-one and small group interventions to help pupils reach their learning goals.
Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and preparation of learning materials.
Promote positive behaviour and help pupils develop social and emotional skills.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and provide feedback on pupil development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils by following school safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working with children in a UK primary or early years setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
