What we're looking for:
Experience in a special needs environment, or within a mainstream school
A solid understanding of Autism and other needs
Experience with alternative communication methods (e.g. Makaton, PECS, BSL, AAC devices) is highly favoured
A great attitude and genuine desire to make a difference
