CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location - Stanford Le Hope - Essex 
Position - Special Needs Teaching assistant 
Contract or position start date April 2026 
Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing booking
Contract type - Long-Term
Full time/part time - Full Time 
Minimum rate of pay Minimum rate - £90 - £110 
Hours - Monday to Friday - 08.30 - 15.30 30 mins unpaid break

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must have school experience 
Must have experience with SEN needs
Able to manage a classroom 
Must be comfortable with challenging behaviour 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
