Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Type: Permanent
Salary: £18,000 - £22,500
Hours Per Week: 32.5 - 35
Location: Leeds
Veritas Education are currently recruiting for a range of permanent special needs teaching assistant jobs for September 2025 or ASAP. We are working with a number of primary schools across Leeds who we are helping them to recruit permanent staff for the new academic year.
The Roles…
Special Needs Support - Roles focused on supporting Autism, Asperger's, ADHD, communication and sensory needs.
Behaviour Support - Roles focused on supporting challenging and at-risk behaviour, for learners who demonstrate a range of learning and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Teaching Assistant - Mainstream based TA roles, both within the classroom and across school's own in-house provisions and centres supporting children who need additional assistance in schools.
