SEN Teaching Assistant - Kent
📍 Location: Kent
🕗 Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Term Time Only)
📅 Start Date: September 2025
We are looking for a committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Kent from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children with special educational needs reach their full potential.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group support to students with a range of SEN
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support
Help maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
Encourage students' social, emotional, and academic development
✅ Essential Requirements:
Previous SEN experience in a school or similar setting
A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
Ability to provide a minimum of 2 professional references
Reliable, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children
