Special Needs Teaching Assistant Chiswick, London £90 - £110 per day Competitive (weekly) pay, additional training, term time only. Ensuring they and classmates remain safe, focusing on class work and techniques to further education, managing behaviour and general support for the class teacher. Career progression within this school could be working towards starting teacher training or learning the ropes of covering classes to progress to a higher level teaching assistant. The school This is a small primary school with one class per year group, small class sizes and staff know each child by name. They have excellent facilities and resources and provide regular training and support from outside agencies. Recent 'Good' report from OFSTED including mentions about the senior leadership team and pupils behaviour. Great location, easily accessible by public transport or they have onsite parking for staff.
