Join Our Team as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Leeds!
Milk Education is proud to partner with a wide network of schools across Leeds, and we’re on the lookout for compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to start this September.
Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting students with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with Autism (ASC) and SEMH, within the classroom
* Providing dedicated one-to-one support
* Assisting with behaviour management and helping students achieve their goals
* Contributing to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring progress
* Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with additional needs is essential
* Team Teach training (or similar) is desirable
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and emotional well-being
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
