Sugarman Education is proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner for Orchard Hill College Academy Trust - a leading specialist education provider supporting pupils and students from nursery through to further education. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Assistants (SNAs) to join their outstanding team.
💼 The Role:
Supporting students with a wide range of special needs, including complex needs and varying academic abilities
Working within one of the Trust's 10 Colleges or 14 Special Educational Needs Academies
Providing tailored support to individuals and small groups
Creating an inclusive, nurturing and safe learning environment
🕗 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 08:30am - 4:00pm
💷 Pay:
£450 - £600 per week (dependent on experience and assignment)
🌱 Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN
Experience in education, care, or support settings (preferred but not essential)
A calm, patient and adaptable approach
Willingness to learn and be part of a dynamic team
📍 Locations:
Opportunities available across London, Surrey, Sutton, and surrounding areas within the Trust
