Your role will include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Helping pupils to build confidence, independence and social skills
Supporting with personal care and behaviour management where required
Working closely with teachers, SENCO and external professionals
We're looking for someone who is:

Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Experienced in SEN support
