Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1)
📍 Location: Radcliffe
📅 Contract: Supply
⏰ Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
🔹 Role:
Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN, helping them access learning and grow socially & emotionally.
📝 Responsibilities:
👩🏫 Support pupil's learning in class and small groups
📖 Follow individual learning/support plans
🌟 Promote independence & positive behaviour
🤝 Work with teacher & SENCO to track progress
✅ Requirements:
🎯 SEN experience (preferred)
🧘♀️ Patient, calm & supportive
