Job Title: Therapeutic Integration Practitioner (TIP)
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with complex needs? We’re looking for a Therapeutic Integration Practitioner (TIP) to support students who face barriers to traditional education, including neurodiversity, trauma, attachment challenges, and SEMH needs.
What You’ll Do:

Support students through assessment, induction, and integration phases.
*
Work collaboratively with therapists, teachers, and inclusion specialists to create tailored plans.
*
Build strong therapeutic relationships and engage students in individual, group, and community sessions.
*
Develop individualised timetables and coordinate community-based learning opportunities.
*
Monitor progress, update assessments, and report on student outcomes.
*
Liaise with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience supporting young people with complex needs or neurodiversity.
*
Knowledge of EHCPs, SEND legislation, safeguarding, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
*
Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and flexibility.
*
Qualifications in Education, Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, or relevant experience.
