Resolution and Tribunal Officer
Ipswich
Contract
£380 per day limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35
Our client is looking for an experienced Resolution and Tribunal Officer
Case Management: Manage and oversee appeal to First-tier tribunal ensuring timely responses and compliance.
Mediation Coordination: Facilitate mediations to resolve disputes where possible.
Representation: Represent the LA in tribunal hearings.
Stakeholder liaison: Work closely with parents/carers/yp, legal teams, advocates, and educational settings.
