Specialist Physiotherapist (Band 7 Equivalent)
📍 Lambeth & Bromley | 🕓 3.5 days per week | 📅 2-year fixed term contract
Salary: £38,265 - £43,246 pro-rata, inclusive of London Weighting
Bleep 360 are recruiting a Specialist Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team supporting young adults aged 19–25 years with learning disabilities.
This exciting post offers the opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership and service development responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
*
Provide specialist physiotherapy input across two learning disability college settings (Lambeth & Bromley)
*
Manage a small, discreet caseload of young adults (19–25 years) within each setting
*
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver targeted and universal interventions
*
Contribute to community sport and physical activity access initiatives
*
Develop and implement governance measures for physiotherapy service delivery
*
Play an active role in the leadership team
Requirements:
*
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist (or equivalent qualification)
*
Significant post-graduate experience, ideally within learning disability, education, or young adult settings
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Experience in service development or governance (desirable)
