We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Primary Teachers to join our brand-new Specialist Satellite Provision in North Lincolnshire, supporting pupils in Key Stages 1 and 2 with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a unique opportunity to shape a nurturing and aspirational learning environment from the very beginning-helping pupils develop emotionally, socially, and academically within a highly supportive setting. What You'll Be Doing As a Teacher in our new provision, you will: Create an Inclusive Learning Environment Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with a variety of learning profiles, including ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties, and social or emotional needs. Support Emotional and Behavioural Development Use trauma-informed, relational, and restorative approaches to help pupils regulate emotions, develop positive behaviours, and build resilience. Work Collaboratively Partner with our SENDCo, teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral team to create individualised education and behaviour support plans that enable pupils to make meaningful progress. Foster Trust and Belonging Be a consistent, caring adult who builds secure relationships-offering safety, structure, and encouragement to pupils who may have struggled to engage in mainstream settings. Champion Safeguarding and Wellbeing Ensure all pupils feel safe, valued, and supported. Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold the highest standards of professional care.
