Job Description
CERT Solutions is looking for a dedicated MSI Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Northfield.
About the Role:
You’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils with complex multi-sensory needs, adapting learning and communication strategies to help every child reach their potential. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to become long-term for the right person.
Requirements:
* Essential: Experience supporting children or young people with multi-sensory needs
* Essential: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Essential: Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health & Social Care or Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)
* A calm, proactive and engaging approach to learning and behaviour
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
