This rewarding role is ideal for someone with experience in care, education, or therapeutic support who is committed to helping every child reach their full potential. The Role A caring and inclusive SEN school in Chorley is looking for a full-time Specialist TA to provide tailored support to students with complex physical, sensory, and learning needs. You will work alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a safe, stimulating, and highly personalised learning environment. A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to working with children who have significant additional needs. An understanding of communication and sensory support strategies. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
