Specification Manager – Premium Bathroom Products
Location: Central London (with national & international travel)
Sector: Residential & Hospitality Projects
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
KBB Recruitment are working with a prestigious client in the premium bathroom sector to find an experienced Specification Manager. This role focuses on securing specifications within the residential and hospitality sectors by working closely with architects, designers, and specifiers from early-stage design through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with architects and designers to secure specifications
*
Provide technical support and product advice during design and planning phases
*
Manage specification pipelines using CRM tools
*
Deliver CPD presentations and attend key industry events
*
Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
*
Proven experience in specification or technical sales (preferably in bathrooms or interiors)
*
Strong understanding of design processes, compliance, and product performance
*
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
*
Organised, analytical, and commercially focused
*
CAD or NBS experience is a plus
