Specification Sales Consultant – Scotland & Ireland
Full-time | Field Based | Competitive Salary + Benefits
An established UK-based designer and supplier of high-end decorative lighting for the global hospitality, marine, and residential interiors sectors is seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant to join their expanding team covering Scotland and Ireland.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts across the region. The role involves identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships with interior designers, architects, hotel groups, contractors, and procurement specialists. You’ll manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion, supported by an internal sales team and modern CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development and achieve growth targets.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
*
Present products to specifiers and negotiate contracts.
*
Manage project pipelines and report on progress.
*
Attend trade shows and occasional meetings at head office.
About You:
*
Proven background in specification sales and business development.
*

*
Experience in commercial interiors, lighting, or hospitality specification markets preferred.
*
Self-motivated, organised, and customer-focused.
*
Strong communication and project management skills.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
*
Full UK driving licence required.
