The Role Specification Sales Manager - Key Accounts HVAC - Social Housing

As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for specifying the company's low-carbon world-class HVAC products into the Social Housing market, Local Authorities, Housing Associations – dealing with the new build market.

As Specification Sales Manager, you will be liaising with Asset Managers, Operations Managers, Estimators etc through to C-suite / level decision makers.
*
The Specification Sales Manager will be supported by coordinators, marketing, customer services and an in-house technical team (you will also have the benefit of dedicated training centres).
*
This Specification Sales Manager role will require you to win specifications, manage whole projects and break specifications.
The Candidate for the Specification Sales Manager
* Experience managing accounts in HVAC / KBB / electrical or technical products i.e. into social housing, councils / local authorities
* Construction candidates that have sold into housebuilders / developers are welcome to apply
