The role of the Specification Sales Manager Rainscreen Cladding will involve:
Field-based specification sales role promoting high-end rainscreen cladding systems, facades, and masonry.
* Winning and tracking specifications (commercial projects), developing strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and design-led practices.
* Delivering RIBA-accredited CPD presentations to secure early-stage specifications
* Targeting projects in the commercial, high-rise residential, education, healthcare, build-to-rent, and student accommodation sectors
* Supported by internal sales, PR, and marketing teams using Barbour ABI and other project lead generation tools

The candidate for the Specification Sales Manager Rainscreen Cladding
* Field sales experience within the external building envelope sector
Knowledge of the specification sales process
* Background in rainscreen cladding, EWI, curtain walling, facing bricks, facades, fire boards, insulation, render systems, or other façade solutions is advantageous
* Strong new business drive, ideally suited to someone who can open doors and build brand visibility in the region
* Well-organised, structured, and self-motivated, with a track record of delivering sales growth
* May suit someone from a lesser-known brand ready to make an impact and build a name in the market
