Area to be covered: National (ideally based South East or Midlands)
Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on exp) + bonus
Benefits: car allowance + benefits package
The role of Specification Sales Manager –Street Furniture will involve:
* Specification sales position promoting a manufactured range of street furniture products
* Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications via landscape architects, specifiers & local authorities
* The remaining portion will be spent selling to landscape contractors and main & sub-contractors
* Inheriting a £3.2m turnover target
* For a range of project sectors for example: residential, education, health care and retail
* Marjory of your time will be spent in the South however will go after projects Nationally
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Street Furniture with:
* Must have specification sales experience
* Ideally selling street furniture or heavyside building materials
* Ideally have a black book of contacts however not essential
* Would consider other products sold into landscape architects & contractors
* IT literate
