As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
Conduct specialist assessments of communication, both informal and formal.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and deliver interventions.
Develop and implement autism assessment and intervention pathways.
Mentor parents, teaching staff, and other carers in communication skill-building.
Contribute to the development of communication training programmes and resources.
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for students and less experienced staff.
Engage in practice development, evaluation, and research activities.

About You
The ideal Speech and Language Therapist will have:
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
Membership of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists
Experience working with children with autism and complex needs
Strong knowledge of SALT interventions and ASD diagnostic criteria
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to equality, diversity, and the rights of children
