About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our dynamic and supportive team at Infermiera Group. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with communication and swallowing difficulties.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will assess, diagnose, and deliver effective intervention plans tailored to individual needs. The role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to work collaboratively with families, carers, teachers, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor client progress and adapt interventions as needed.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide training, advice, and support to family members and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with clinical and legal standards.
About You:
• A degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Membership of RCSLT (desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with [children/adults/both – tailor as needed].
