Speech and Language Therapist – SEN Independent School, London
Location: Marylebone
Salary: Competitive Band 6 FTE (£35,392–£42,618), pro-rata for term-time
Contract: Permanent, term-time only
Start Date: September 2025

We’re looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our team!
If you’re an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist who enjoys working with neurodiverse children, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career as a Speech and Language Therapist in a supportive and nurturing environment.
🔍 As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
✅ Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to children aged 5–18
✅ Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group speech and language therapy sessions
✅ Develop and review individual speech and language therapy programmes and goals
✅ Assess and track communication progress and report back to parents and staff as a Speech and Language Therapist
✅ Advise and train teaching staff on speech and language therapy strategies across the curriculum
✅ Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to EHCPs as the school’s Speech and Language Therapist
🎯 About You
You will be an HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with experience supporting neurodiverse students. Our ideal Speech and Language Therapist will have:
✅ Proven skills as a Speech and Language Therapist delivering evidence-based interventions
✅ Confidence working closely with teachers, SENCOs, OTs, and parents as the school’s dedicated Speech and Language Therapist
✅ Passion for making a difference as a Speech and Language Therapist every day
